Q. Do I need to pay extra to get gift wrapping service?
No, it is free of charge, with no minimum order quantify/amount. This service is valid for both West Malaysia and East Malaysia
Q. How do I request for gift wrapping?
Simply leave a message in the box of 'add a remark' in the checkout process and we will gladly wrap your gifts for you. Or, you can send us a text message with What's app with your order number, and tell us that you would like us to wrap the toys you order as a gift.
Q. What if the product I received is defective?
If the product is broken during the delivery process, you can send the broken part picture to me via what's app (012-8382383) and I will replace the particular part to you. (The postage is on me for replacement part).
Q. How long it takes for me to receive my order?
We have ready stock and will be able to ship out to you right after the payment is confirmed. In general, it takes 2-3 working days to reach customer in Peninsular Malaysia and at least 5 - 7 working days to reach customers in Sabah and Sarawak.

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
